Students learn at a steady pace how to apply skills and techniques to learn genuine Qigong.
My aim is to provide you with appropriate philosophy and understanding of the qigong arts at the fundamental level.

This course is quite unique, hence in the in the name I mention ‘Shaolin Wahnam’.
Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit, our principle and Grandmaster of the Shaolin Wahnam School, devised and adjusted this set of exercises to maximise Qigong Health benefits for students.
This set of exercises are even more simple to learn than The 18 Lohan Hands and still highly effective. Due to the simplicity of each pattern students will learn all 18 exercises over the 12 week period.

Doing physical form alone is not necessarily doing genuine Qigong. Our Grandmaster has studied many old Qigong classics that have been written over the centuries and he has created the closest methodology to the practice protocols and principles of the past masters. This is the reason why we at the Shaolin Wahnam School are so effective at practising genuine qigong.
From week one students are able to practice the first form, however mastering the art takes time. Fortunately as we have a great methodology we can enhance the students benefits a lot faster, as a very liberal estimate we are confident that we are at the very least 6 times more effective at achieving great results.

It is important that my students enjoy the courses, this is because I want them to get the benefits of genuine qigong. It is true that most schools use the traditional techniques that bring benefit, but the benefits are small and take years to achieve in many cases.
